🎉 Huge Congratulations to Miss Rachel! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Miss Rachel for her incredible 13 years of service. Rachel first joined our service in 2013 and has worked tirelessly over the years, growing into a Lead Educator and now our dedicated Educational Leader.

Rachel’s passion and commitment to early childhood education shines through in the incredible child-centred practices she has developed and embedded within our service. Her leadership, knowledge, and dedication continue to inspire both the children and our team every day.

We are so grateful for everything you do, Rachel. Thank you for 13 amazing years of dedication and impact! 💛👏

🚗 ROAD TRIP! 🎉

Today Miss Cat, Miss Rachel and Miss Amanda ventured down the range for a special excursion — and what a day it was!

We had the absolute pleasure of attending a professional development session with the incredible Sue Larkey, diving into Teaching Strategies and Behaviour Support for our amazing neurodivergent learners. 🧠💛

It was such an inspiring day filled with practical ideas and meaningful conversations. We’re so excited to bring these strategies back and continue supporting our little people in ways that help them thrive, feel understood, and shine bright. 🌟

Learning never stops for us — especially when it helps us be the very best for the children in our care! 💕

At the beginning of this year, the new 3 Day Guarantee was introduced to give all eligible families at least three days a week of subsidised early learning and care! ✨

A great improvement that allows more children to have consistent learning opportunities, while families receive additional help with fees. 🌿
