So how’s your week going?

We talked to a director today who had just completed training program they devised themselves to support room leaders. The result in that centre is group of people really taking on the role and enthusiastically belonging to the leadership team . We are really keen to talk to other people taking this incredibly proactive approach with their room leader positions. We are also keen to showcase the process of developing internal training programs. DM for a chat or come to our next members catch-up!
