Year 10 Child Studies are completing a unit called "Feeding little ones" today we explored ways to encourage children to eat more fruit and vegetables. The students demonstrated their learning by creating appealing fruit and vegetable snacks for children.

* Cloud Computing & Cyber Security Fundamentals - students must have completed Year 10; 54-hrs over 18 weeks
* RSA and RCG - Students must be 17+ at commencement and have photo ID; 2 days

UnMuted is coming to Byron Bay! 🎤

Byron Youth Service is launching UnMuted, a free 10-week creative program for young people aged 12 to 19. Explore spoken word, rap, songwriting, beat making, storytelling and soundscapes, and find your voice in whatever way feels right for you.

No experience needed. All voices and backgrounds are welcome, and neurodiverse young people are especially encouraged to join.

A Big Picture Advisor is a teacher who stays with the students from Year 9-12, they play a central role in supporting students throughout their Big Picture learning journey. Hear from our Advisors here at Kingscliff High School as they share their experiences, the role they play and why Advisory is such a meaningful pathway for students.

Australian Farm Tourism is urgently looking for farm families (commercial or hobby) in the Tweed Valley who would like to enjoy the incredible cultural experience of hosting Japanese students!

‘Farmstay’ provides a great way for international students to experience the real Australia, whilst presenting students and hosts the opportunity for a greater cultural understanding, international friendships and lifelong memories. NB: you don’t have to be a professional ‘farmstay’ business to host these students!

Local families are urgently required for an upcoming booking as follows:

• 4th-8th December 2026 (4 nights)
• 2-4 students/farm (students may share a room/s however need their own beds)
• Pickup + drop off in Kingscliff (travel time up to 1.5 hrs)
• Remuneration - $125 per student, per night
• Activities with families would normally include picking fruit + vegies, feeding animals, baking/cooking, (free) sightseeing around the local region and/or visiting other farms.
