The Earth is alive, it has an energy field just as you do.
it is an energy being.
When we view the Earth as such, we can begin to treat the Earth with respect and gratitude for the gifts it gives to us, a place to live and experience ourselves and life!
Often how we treat the Earth is how we treat ourselves. We are one!
A small ritual/ ceremony you can try as you connect to the Earth is to stand with bare feet on the ground and close your eyes [facing the sun if possible]. Take a few deep conscious breaths and see an image of Earth and take that into your heart. Feel this and stand in the energy of gratitude. Be grateful for the beauty and grace of nature and all things.
Stay in this place of gratitude for a few minutes then again, a few deep breaths and open your eyes. If you practice this ritual/ ceremony regularly you will find you will see things differently and deepen your reverence for the Earth.

Connecting to the spirit of Fire is powerful. We connect every time we stare into a fire place or candle flame. Fire energy is the energy of creation destruction and transformation. It can also stimulate passion and courage. A ritual you may like to try is to write on a piece of paper what you wish to create or let go of…….. And then say your intention as you throw this into a fire. You can also visualize this ritual.
