Great profiling doesnโt stop at training.
This week, Dwayne has been at Proserpine State High School, working with previously trained profilers through two days of Classroom Profiling refresher sessions.
Training people is only the beginning.
Like any professional skill, profiling needs to be used, revisited and calibrated over time. Refresher sessions provide experienced profilers with the opportunity to return to the Framework, work through coding decisions together and strengthen consistency across the team.
For schools that have already invested in Classroom Profiling, maintaining that capability is just as important as building it in the first place.
It was great to see the Proserpine team making the time this week to strengthen the skills they already have and ensure Classroom Profiling continues to be used confidently and consistently within their school.
A big thank you to Proserpine State High School for welcoming Dwayne and for continuing to invest in Classroom Profiling.
If your school has trained profilers who havenโt profiled for a while, or your team would benefit from an opportunity to recalibrate and reconnect with the Framework, Classroom Profiling refresher sessions can be tailored to your school and where your team is currently at.
