Join us for a morning filled with animal-themed crafts, sensory play, stories, songs, and hands-on activities designed to help little learners grow, play and explore.

Our free playgroup welcomes children aged 0–5 years and their families. It's a wonderful opportunity to make new friends, connect with other families, and enjoy a fun morning of learning through play.

✨🚧👷‍♀️ CONSTRUCTION ZONE AT SHINING STARS! 👷‍♂️🚧

Calling all little builders, digger drivers and construction crews! Join us this Thursday at KSS Shining Stars Playgroup as we transform our Early Years Area into a busy Construction Zone! 🏗️🚜

Children will have the opportunity to:
🔨 Build and create
🚧 Explore construction-themed sensory play
🧱 Develop fine motor skills through hands-on activities
🚜 Dig, scoop, stack and transport
📚 Enjoy stories and songs about builders and big machines

Our construction-themed activities are designed to support early language, social, problem-solving and motor skill development while having plenty of fun!

So pop on your hi-vis colours, grab your hard hat (optional!) and come along for a morning of building, learning and play.

🌧️If the weather persists, we will postpone our Construction Zone and just have indoor play. You are still more than welcome to come along but we may not have all our usual activities. 🥰
