It’s been a hot minute!!

I’ve been approached by a few couples interested in completing a Positive Birth Class with a due date in April/ May. If you’d you interested in completing a class in Feb, possibly one Zoom (think PJ’s and snacks!) and one face to face - get in touch!

Boy oh boy, do birth plans get a bad wrap!

There is nothing more empowering than going into labour being informed and educated and knowing the level of care that you deserve to receive!

Birth PREFERENCES can be adapted and utilised in any circumstance, because we know, sometimes things don’t go to PLAN but you can still have a magical birth experience - where YOU are in the driver seat.

The amount of times I hear women say “I’ll just go with the flow” and then end up getting rail roaded is astounding. Take control of your labour and birth because you are the only one who can!

I’ve been sitting on this for a little while now ..

Something has to give in the craziness of life! Being the president of the and trying to get that off the ground is taking up more time than I’d like to admit!

The family juggle is real and my littlest love starts school next year *cue the mum guilt* for not being present enough for her 🙃

I’m holding one last Positive Birth Class (for now) over two Saturdays - the 27th of July and the 3rd of August 💜

This has really been keeping me busy! Such amazing things in the works happening for families living in the Mitchell Shire xx

This is us, brainstorming with kids in tow. Planning and executing some amazing things for our community whilst raising children, working in our careers and building businesses.

Having a positive birth experience has nothing to do with fairy lights and gym balls ..

💫 Having a positive birth experience is dictated on your ability to navigate the system in which you’ve chosen to birth

💫 It’s knowing that you have choices and a right to make decisions based on up to date evidence that sits well with you

💫 It’s about trusting that you are the expert of your own body and ultimately your baby and that you have the right to decide what is best for the both of you

💫 You have the right to time. Time to make decisions. Time to take a breath. Time to let your body do what it’s naturally capable of doing.

💫 It’s choosing who you want in your birth space and it’s knowing their role in supporting you (it’s also them knowing their role in that space!)

💫 It’s about knowing that you deserve more, deserve better - the best in fact! Because anyone can have a “go with the flow” attitude but not everyone goes into birth with knowledge, unwavering faith in their body, amazing support and a bad ass birth woman attitude! 💪🏼

The TENS machines are literally flying out the door! I do have some hire availability for June/ July with limited TENS to hire. If you’re pregnant and want to hire a TENS machine, shoot me a message so I can pop one aside!

Hire price is $60 for a 5 week hire (I’m quite flexible!) and a $50 refundable deposit. Can drop off locally to Kilmore and surrounds!
