Enrolments for tutoring (grade 1 to VCE) are open for the term 3 2025: The fee Structure and details are as below.
Term 3, 2025: Start Monday 21st June 2025 (This is 10 week Term)
Tuition is delivered in small groups of 5 to 6 students, grouped together by age and/or ability. Both online and face to face sessions are available

Grade 1 to Grade 3
Tuition classes for Grades Prep to Grade 3 will consist of a 1.5-hour to 2 hour program which combines English and Math. (min 10 weeks enrolment will be $450/term with $50/term sibling discount, offered to one sibling only)
Grade 4 to Grade 6
Tuition classes for Grades 4 to 6 will consist of a 1.5-hour to 2 hour program which combines either both Math and English or just one of them based on the assessment and choice. (min 10 weeks enrollment will be $500/tm with a $50/term sibling discount, offered to one sibling only)
Grade 7 to 10
Tuition classes for Grades 7 to 10 will consist of a 1.5-hour to 2 hour program. Students have a choice to do Math or English. (minimum 10 week enrollment will be $500/term with a $50/term sibling discount, offered to one sibling only. No discount is offered if both siblings are year 7 and above as content becomes challenging)
VCE Methods (Year 11 Math only, minimum 10-week program will be $500/term)
VCE General Maths (Year 11 and 12, minimum 10-week program will be $500/term)
*Prices may vary depending on special learning needs, extension requests, special writing classes, or other requirements for students. Please no negotiations will be accepted.
*Students should be enrolled for a minimum of 9 or 10 weeks per term. No extra time will be allocated to the students if they turn up late for the sessions. No makeup sessions will be offered unless an absence is advised well in advance for school camps and 24-hour notice in case of sickness. These rules are not special to our tutoring but pertain to all organizations which offer professional tutoring.
*Parents are not allowed to enter the teaching area while sessions are being conducted. Please call or text outside teaching times in case you would like to discuss any concerns or have any queries. We will not take parents' calls while we are teaching as it disrupts the session.
*We follow our own program which is matched to the Australian curriculum. We would not be able to cater to parent requests to teach concepts as per their requirements. Students are accessed and the program is delivered as per the goal set for the student. We are not a school but a tutoring service. We will refrain from discussing or commenting on school reports. School reports need to be discussed with the school teachers.

Above and beyond this standard, we will adorn and distinguish our program with ideas and topics to demonstrably extend our students’ intellectual abilities and keep them a step ahead of their peers.
