On Friday, we celebrated a group of students who proudly represented our school at inter-school sports and were recognised for their outstanding sportsmanship ⚽️🏉
Each student received a Spirit of Sport Award, nominated by Silverton Primary School, for the respect, teamwork, and integrity they displayed both on and off the field.🏅
We’re incredibly proud of the way they represented our school and showed our school values of kindness and respect. 💙🧡
Mrs Jenkins was also presented with awards recognising the students’ recent achievements, including being crowned District Cross Country Champions and the Y6 girls’ Softball team taking out the District Premiership! 🏆🚩
We are so proud of all our students recent sporting achievements! 🌟

🌿🧤 KGPS Working Bee – Thursday 18 June! 🧤🌿
We’re inviting our KGPS families to join us after school from 3:30pm–4:30pm for our upcoming Working Bee!
Many hands make light work, and even an hour can make a big difference as we work together to freshen up our beautiful school grounds. 🌱
Jobs include:
🌿 Weeding garden beds
✂️ Trimming hedges
🍂 Raking mulch
🏫 General school tidy-up
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families and contribute to our school community.
We’d love to see as many families there as possible! 💚

Throughout the week, students challenged themselves, and showed great enthusiasm in the pool. We are so proud of their efforts! 🌟
A huge thank you to the incredible instructors at Toby Haenen Swim Centre for their expertise and support throughout the program.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to Mr Blundell for all of his hard work organising the program and ensuring everything ran so smoothly. Your efforts are greatly appreciated! 🙌
