🌈 4 WEEKS TO GO!

The countdown to the Grovely Colour Run is ON!

Friday 18 September is about so much more than just fundraising. It’s our kids running, laughing and celebrating together. Families lending a hand. Teachers joining the fun. Everyone getting covered in colour and our whole school making some pretty great memories together.

This year, we’ve listened to your feedback and we’re putting the focus on community, connection and what we can achieve together.

The colour will wash off. The memories and school spirit will last a little longer. 💗

YUM! P&C is hosting a SAUSAGE SIZZLE AND BAKE SALE this Friday.

Where: On the oval
When: Spectators can purchase anytime during the P-2 Sports Day event 9-11.30. Students (from all grades) will need to wait until after the activities.
How: Cash or Card
What: sausages on bread, various baked treats, jelly, fruit cups and drinks. (softdrinks for adults only)

TUCKSHOP will be open as usual, plus bonus $1 zooper doopers over the counter at first break play time !

Volunteers welcome - especially in tuckshop as our regulars are helping down on the oval. Please reach out if you can help out.

The P&C will be joining the P-2 sports carnival action with a sausage sizzle + bake sale.

Come along to cheer on our kids, meet other families and enjoy being part of the morning. 🙌

There are plenty of easy ways to join in:
Volunteer for a short shift
Bring along something for the bake sale
Donate kids poppers or soft drinks (for the adults😉)
Or simply come along and cheer on our kids and treat yourself (and the kids!) to some yummy snacks.

🌟 Welcome to Week 4! Where your rock star status awaits in the tuckshop!

It's a fun, rewarding way to meet other parents, and be part of something special. Every shift, no matter how big or small, helps keep our tuckshop running smoothly. More importantly, you'll see the excitement on the students' faces and how much your support is appreciated by both the children and staff. It's those little moments that make helping out so worthwhile.

This week, we have a special invite to our Year 5/6 parents and carers - Come and say hello any day of the week or send a message to find out more.

What do our tuckshop helpers do??
They are the rockstars of lunch times! Every child loves seeing their parent at tuckshop... and our new first time helpers have been having a great time meeting new parents and learning new skills. One 3/4 parent shared she held off helping for a long time because she felt unsure but it wasn't so scary AND they even made a cake and came back for a second week in a row! Kare makes you feel so welcome and together we get the lunches done - nothing too tricky.
