🎭✨ Skits & Scripts Performance Night – In the Making! ✨🎭

Our Drama & Musical Theatre students are hard at work preparing for our upcoming Skits & Scripts Performance Night, where creativity, storytelling and powerful messages will take centre stage.

Our Pre Senior group at Kenthurst is currently developing a thought-provoking group skit tackling the important issue of cyberbullying. Through acting, collaboration and powerful storytelling, they’re exploring how words typed behind a screen can have very real impacts.

We are so proud of the maturity, creativity and teamwork these students are showing as they bring this important story to life. 💬💻🎭

Stay tuned as our performers continue rehearsing and building towards a night of inspiring performances, meaningful messages and unforgettable theatre.

Box jumps are a powerful plyometric exercise that help dancers improve elevation, explosive strength, and overall jump performance. By training the fast-twitch muscle fibers in the legs—especially the glutes, quadriceps, calves, and hamstrings—box jumps increase the ability to generate force quickly. This translates directly to higher leaps, sharper grand jetés, and more dynamic allegro work.
