Congratulations to Ryan and Taylor who performed exceptionally well at the Sydney West Athletics Championships. They both now proceed to the NSWPSSA State Carnival early next term.
Taylor WON the Junior Long Jump event – jumping 21cm further than the second-placed competitor! She also finished in the top 16 in the 100m, high jump and discus. Well done Taylor!
Ryan came 2nd in the Senior Long Jump event with a PB of 4.83m. In other events, he placed 5th in Shot Put and 4th in Discus. Outstanding effort!
We are very proud of both athletes. They have long futures ahead of them.

🏆 This week, we took 40 enthusiastic students across 5 teams to compete in the Todd Woodbridge Cup!🎾 It was a fantastic day filled with teamwork, great effort, and plenty of participation. Our students enjoyed not only the games but also the opportunity to socialise and connect with peers from other schools. A wonderful day was had by all, showcasing true sportsmanship and community spirit. Well done to everyone involved! 🎉

A huge congratulations to Ben, Taylor, Damon and Tahlia, who proudly represented our school at the Hills Public Speaking Competition!

Each student spoke with confidence and enthusiasm, presenting their speeches in front of a large audience.

🌟 A special congratulations to Taylor, who received a Highly Commended Award for her outstanding performance — a fantastic achievement!

We are incredibly proud of all four students for the effort, preparation and courage they demonstrated. Well done! 👏🎉

A big thank you to Golf NSW for providing the Lunchtime LaunchIt program to our students. Students participated in putting and chipping activities and older students even used a simulator to measure their driving accuracy and lengths. ⛳️
They all did their personal best with lots smiles and enthusiasm throughout the session.

From the classroom to Australian Parliament House!

Do you know a Year 5 or 6 student with a passion for art?

We’re looking for creative kids whose artwork could feature together with many others as part of a large-scale projection on the Parliament House façade.

We are asking students to show us what makes their corner of Australia special. This can include people, plants, animals, landscapes or special locations that shape everyday life for young people across Australia.

If you have a Year 5 or 6 artist in your family, or know someone who does, please encourage them get involved!

Artworks will form part of an animated projection that will be on display in early 2027. This projection celebrates 100 years of Parliament in Canberra by showcasing children’s artworks from all around Australia.
