TECHNIQUE TO TAPE RETURNS JULY 21 🎬

Every week, actors are asked to do the same thing:

Not easy.

Technique to Tape is an 8-week on-camera intensive designed to help actors build strong, repeatable technique for screen. Each week you’ll work on a new scene, develop your audition craft, receive direction, and film your work in 4K.

Grounded in the techniques of Howard Fine and Uta Hagen, our focus is on helping actors bring their authentic selves to foreign circumstances and create truthful, compelling performances on camera.

If you’re serious about your craft and want to improve your self-tapes, audition technique and on-camera work, we’d love to have you in the room.

Nick recently wrapped filming a feature film in a great role and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished product when it hits the screen.

One thing we talk about a lot at Prompt Side is consistency. Putting in the reps.

Most bookings don’t come from one great audition. They come from years of training, turning up, putting down self-tapes and continuing to improve the work.

This industry is tough. Rejection is part of the deal. The best thing an actor can do is focus on what they can control: their craft, their preparation and the quality of the work they put in front of casting.
