👏 Congratulations to Prof. Andrea Morello who has secured $35m in funding to set up the new Australian Research Council's Centre of Excellence for Quantum Computer Performance and Integration.

‘Like talking on the telephone’: quantum computing engineers get atoms chatting long distance UNSW quantum engineers have achieved quantum entanglement – where two atoms inside a silicon chip become deeply connected across a distance – by using two electrons to bridge the gap between them.
