Huge congratulations to all students on their impressive achievements. Our junior students have shown incredible growth, with one student achieving the impressive milestone of brown belt 3rd kyu. I'm thrilled to acknowledge our General class students who've earned their yellow belt 8th kyu. To my senior students, your achievements demonstrate the remarkable rewards of hard work and commitment. Thank you to the senpai who contributed to the grading panel - your guidance has been invaluable in shaping our next generation of Uechi-Go-Ryu practitioners. Well done to everyone who participated in the 100 Kata for karate day challenge this morning. It was certainly a valuable challenge.

Today we participated in the annual 100 kobudo Kata challenge, performing Shim no nunchaku Kata 100 times. It was quite a challenge to fit all the repetitions in during our regular training time but we made it. We had a break after the first 25 repetitions. The last 75 repetitions we're back to back to make use of every second! Well done to all. OSU.
