The Learning Pod nurtures your child’s learning potential. Our aim is to assess your child in their learning and begin tutoring sessions at their point of need in an engaging and authentic environment. Your child’s tutoring will begin with an assessment session and be followed by weekly, half hour, one on one tutoring sessions in the identified area of need based on input from the parents, child

The tutors at The Learning Pod are Michelle Clarke and Karen Foley. We are qualified teachers, both with a Bachelor of Education (Primary). Together we have combined teaching experience of 37 years. WHAT
Tutoring and Learning Workshops are available for Pre-Kinder to early High School. Tutoring is available in all Key Learning Areas, with particular focus on English (Reading, Writing, Spelling) and Mathematics. All sessions are based on the new NSW syllabus for the Australian Curriculum. WHERE

The philosophy of The Learning Pod is to nurture each child’s learning potential in their area of need – whether the need be that of support, consolidation or enrichment – across any Key Learning Area. The Learning Pod acknowledges the parents/carers as the first educators of their children.
