What a huge weekend for everyone — and such a fantastic outcome for all our students! 👏
A big thank you to all the Black Belts who gave up their time to support the grading. It was especially great to see some familiar faces back in our neck of the woods — Sempai Brent and Sempai Dustin.
Shout out to Dot for the delicious muffins for morning tea (definitely a hit! 🧁).
Thank you to all the parents and carers for entrusting us with teaching your children a lifelong skill — we don’t take that lightly.
And finally, well done to all the students for their great attitude, positive training, and can-do effort across the weekend. You should be proud of yourselves!
Looking forward to the next one 💪 I forgot to mention Stony Aqua Park for letting us use their facilities for the weekend.

Kempsey classes resume tonight, 4.30 for Juniors and 5.30 for seniors at Kempsey Show Ground

Congratulations to all students and instructors for the weekend, a small camp but an amazing effort from everyone. Thank you to the black belts who give up their weekends to help at the camps. Thanks to parents and carers who come along for the ride. We hope you all got something out of the weekend to further your journey in martial arts. Lets train and get stronger over the coming weeks. All Ones Strength.

The showground gates are closed but not locked our banner is up you just need to open the gates.

Grading update, at the moment we're watching the weather and will make a decision about 6 tonight. If postponed we will run gradings in dojo over two weeks or 2 classes depending on your grade level.

This will be a one day grading only on Sunday 5th May. There will be no training on the Saturday.

Kempsey Classes are changing, still on Wednesdays but kids class will now be 4.30 to 5.30 and highschool and adults will be at 5.30 to 7pm. Please let everyone anyone know who isn't on the group page.
