Today has marked a special occasion for KCS with 3 of our wonderful educators reaching an amazing milestone in their journey with KCS.
Sally has reached an amazing 30 years here at KCS, Myrt and Holly have both reached 25years!
Sally (Sal), Myrt and Holly have been some of our amazing educators for many years and have forged lifelong connections with so many families over their time here, seeing children grow up and come back to the service as parents themselves or as colleagues.
It's been wonderful to have Sal, Myrt and Holly here with us for so long and we look forward to the many years ahead.
Congratulations to each of you. ###

Staff and children helping to rebuild Kempsey’s Christmas tree! It’s looking pretty good! 🎄 We donated back our large beautiful sparkling baubles that had been donated to us a few years ago from the town Xmas tree. Perfect opportunity to give back. ❤️💚❤️💚

KCS CELEBRATE 60 YEARS 🎉

On Saturday 18th October past and present children, families, Educators and Directors and members of the wider community joined together in celebrating 60 years of Kempsey Children Services.

It was a lovely morning walking down memory lane and catching up.

The sun was shining as were happy children running around with faces painted and balloon art in hand. There were even a few surprise visitors from favourite children's movies/books. Thankyou to Pepparific Parties Kempsey 🥳🌈🌟

A special thankyou to Pat Conaghan MP , Mayor Kinne Ring and Uncle John for attending and getting involved.

This day would not have happened without the dedication and hard-work of our staff and Anniversary Committee. THANKYOU!🎉😘

KCS celebrates 60 years this October! 🎉 We are celebrating by holding a community open day on the 18th October from 9am-12pm. 🎉 We will have special visits from Paw Patrol Marshall 🐾 and Princess Poppy 👑, along with face painting 🎨, balloons🎈 ,activities, a photo booth, morning tea and cake🎂! We would love ❤️ our community to come along and join us in celebrating this wonderful milestone. Everyone is welcome!

Bottlebrush Children went on a local excursion today to The valley garden centre in Clyde Street Mall to pick some new little fish friends for their new aquarium in their classroom.

A very BIG thankyou to Rotary Club of Kempsey - District 9660 - Club 4813 for the kind donation of our Water Filter station, providing us with fresh filtered water daily, to fill our own water bottles.

Tania from Rotary came to visit us this morning to check out the system.

We really appreciate the support from Rotary to provide for the children and staff or KCS.
