Our Adult Dance Classes are a welcoming, pressure-free space to move, learn, have fun and do something just for you.

You don’t need to be “a dancer” to walk through our doors. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after 20 years, or have continued dancing throughout adulthood, all experience levels are welcome.

Dance is so much more than learning steps 🩵🖤💙

Yes, it builds strength, coordination, flexibility, fitness, and body awareness. However, some of its greatest benefits aren’t always the ones we can see.

Dance gives children a place to move, express themselves, switch off from the outside world, and simply be present.

It builds confidence. It teaches resilience. It creates a sense of achievement and gives children an outlet for their emotions and energy. Perhaps one of the most important parts... connection.

Being surrounded by friends, sharing challenges, celebrating each other’s wins, laughing together and feeling like you belong to something can have such a positive impact on a young person’s wellbeing.

We teach dance, but what our students gain from being part of it reaches far beyond the studio.

📣 A LITTLE ADMIN REMINDER TO OUR DYNAMIC FAMILIES

We completely understand that family life is busy. There are school notes, sporting commitments, work, appointments and a million other things competing for your attention.

However, we do need to ask our families to please read all studio emails, notes and information carefully and in full before contacting us with a question.

We put a great deal of time into our communication to make sure families have the information they need - including dates, class changes, catch-up lessons, performances, rehearsals, fees and other important details.

Please also keep in mind, if you are receiving an email from Dynamic Studios, the information in that email is relevant to your child. We send communications specifically to the families they relate to, rather than sending every email to our entire studio community. If an email lands in your inbox from us, please take the time to read it in full, as it has been sent to you for a reason and may contain important information regarding your child's classes, dates, changes or upcoming commitments.

We are increasingly receiving emails and messages asking questions where the answer has already been provided in the communication sent and, in some cases, is contained in the very email or note being replied to. While we are always happy to help when something is unclear, responding individually to questions that have already been answered creates unnecessary additional administration.

Before sending us a question, please take a moment to:

▪︎ Read the email or note right through to the end.

▪︎ Double-check the information provided - the answer may already be there.

▪︎ Refer to your 2026 Information Booklet for general studio information, including term dates and policies.

▪︎ Check recent studio communication for any updates or changes.

If you've checked the information provided and still can't find the answer, absolutely reach out - we're always happy to help. Clear communication works both ways. We will continue to do our best to provide our families with detailed and timely information, and we ask that our families do their part by taking the time to read it.

They’re always watching.

One of the most special things about being part of a dance studio is growing up surrounded by dancers of all different ages, levels, and stages of their journey. Our younger dancers look up to the ones who have walked the path before them - watching, learning, and dreaming of the day they’ll be the “big girls” too.

As our dancers grow, their role within the studio grows with them. They become more than students. They become role models, leaders, and an important part of shaping the dancers coming through behind them.

At Dynamic, we want our dancers to understand that success isn’t only about how high you kick, how many turns you can do, or the trophies you take home. It’s also about the example you set, the encouragement you give, and the way you make the younger dancer beside you feel.

There will always be someone ahead of you to inspire you and someone behind you being inspired by you.

Choose a positive studio community for your child... it really does make an everlasting difference 🩵🖤

We are beyond excited to announce that the Dynamic Studios 2026 End of Year Showcase will be held at the incredible Glasshouse, Port Macquarie!

This is a huge milestone for our studio and a truly special opportunity for our dancers to perform on a professional theatre stage.

From our tiniest preschool performers to our senior dancers, every student will have the chance to be part of what is set to be our biggest and most spectacular showcase yet.

There is so much to look forward to, and we can't wait to share more details with you in the coming months.

We hope everyone has enjoyed a wonderful break. We are SO ready to welcome our dancers and aerialists back into the studios! 🩵🖤

Term 3 is shaping up to be a BIG one at Dynamic, with so much to look forward to!
