Zen Chi Ryu Kempsey Conceive. Believe. Achieve Zen Chi Ryu Kempsey is an Australian Based Freestyle Martial Arts, that caters for all ages and abilities.

We are a fun, dynamic martial arts group who focuses on fitness, self defence and fun!! We have classes that cater for everyone. So come along and join a modern and progressive martial arts school in the Kempsey area. If you are not interested in the martila arts aspect we also offer fitness classes and soon to be yoga sessions!! Our fees are low and we have family rates available also!! We have

just opened a brand new complex, in the centre of Kempsey. We are a fully matted out dojo, with lots of room and a gym area. Our instructors are qualified coaches with many years experience.

A huge congratulations to all our students who were successful for their new grade or their specialty badge.

Gradings are not easy - they test your skill, your fitness, your strength of mind and also your determination.

Congratulations to our tournament team on a fantastic effort at the Australian Martial Arts Championships - Port Macquarie event!

We were extremely successful but what is most important is the display of sportsmanship and martial art skills, that was shown all day long!

With todays event we also had many students now qualify for the NSW State Titles in September.
