YEAR 1 | π°οΈ
A wonderful day of stepping back in time for our Year 1s. Students visited the Armadale History House Museum to support their understanding of the past and how things have changed, as part of their Where We Are in Place and Time unit of inquiry.
A fun way to bring history to life!

Students hiked through the Helena Valley with their House as well as taking part in a range of service activities, including preparing meals to support the local community, connecting with our younger students in the Early Learning Centre, building possum and black cockatoo boxes for donation, assisting Threads Together to sort donated clothing, and participating in environmental conservation work.
The program concluded with a shared lunch, reflection and Eucharist - a lovely opportunity to connect and serve together.
