We wrapped up our Rock and Water program for middle school girls โ a multiโweek series that has supported students in building confidence, resilience and positive decisionโmaking.
Across ten sessions in our Movement Studio, students took part in practical activities and games (many with martial arts origins) that helped them learn to stand strong, communicate effectively, manage conflict, walk away from trouble and reflect on their personal strengths and direction.
Aligned with the Respect Matters Australian Curriculum, this program has given students valuable tools to navigate challenges with confidence and selfโawareness. We are incredibly proud of their growth and engagement throughout the program.
