William Luu always asking those important questions and making me think haha. Tried to relate it back to my own experience as well as the questions the team ask me on the daily about their own journeys.

Not everyone’s experience and progress will be the same. The belt journey is never linear.

Well done again to everyone that comes in, especially in the winter. Progress never stops and by continuing to train, we continue to enjoy the art, evolve and improve. BJJ has no finish line.

Kids Grading Day at Nakama BJJ

A little glimpse of our last kids grading and how we run them. For us, it’s always been about something bigger than belts and stripes. Watching these kids push through, develop their skills and show up for each other on the mat is what it’s all about.
