Check out our Year 1 gardens! 🌱🌼
Since last term, our Year 1 students have been busy planting and caring for marigolds, alyssum, violas, carrots and radishes. Their hard work is paying off, with plenty of growth already appearing in the garden beds!
The students are learning the importance of patience, responsibility and caring for living things as they watch their plants thrive. 🌿
Stay tuned to see how our gardens look by the end of the year! 🌻🥕💚

🐾🌈 Celebrating 100 and 101 Days of Learning! 🌈🐾
At the start of Term 3, our students marked two exciting milestones! Our Prep students celebrated 100 Days Brighter, dressing in bright colours and reflecting on 100 days of learning, growth and friendship.
Our Year 1 students celebrated 101 days of school by dressing as 101 Dalmatians, bringing plenty of creativity and excitement to the day.

As Catholic Education Week comes to a close, we give thanks for the many opportunities our St Anthony’s community has had to celebrate this year’s theme, “Share Your Light, Inspire Others.”
Thank you to our families, students, staff and parish community for joining us throughout the week. Together we celebrated our Franciscans on the Hill Mass on Sunday, enjoyed the wonderful FCIP concerts on Monday and Tuesday, proudly represented our school at the Catholic Education Week Launch Mass at St Stephen’s Cathedral with our School Leaders, gathered this afternoon for our whole school liturgy, and saw our Year 6 students participate in a meaningful Vinnies Sleep Out, learning more about homelessness and living out the call of Catholic Social Teaching through empathy, compassion and service.
Throughout the week, students have also reflected on how they can share their light through faith, kindness and service, with many beautiful artworks created in classrooms that captured the spirit of the theme.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this week such a meaningful celebration of our Catholic identity. May we continue to share Christ’s light and inspire others in all that we do.
