Great to see members of the Topdrill and Topex teams join the sold-out zero2hero event in Kalgoorlie today.
A huge thank you to Morgans Financial Limited and MLG Oz for bringing this inspiring day of learning and personal development to our community, and to Ash and the zero2hero team for making it all possible.
Opportunities to connect, learn and support positive mental health outcomes are always worth getting behind.
Sometimes the most meaningful work happens off site.
Recently our team stepped into the kitchen at Ronald McDonald House for Home for Dinner - swapping boots for aprons, chopping boards, and a whole lot of cooking.
It seems simple - cook a meal for families staying at Ronald McDonald House. But being there, seeing the House and understanding what a meal can mean to a family going through an incredibly difficult time, made it feel like so much more than just dinner.
For our team, it was a chance to do something together, for people who could use a little less to think about. There was a real sense of gratitude for being able to contribute a little something.
We're proud of our team for volunteering their time and getting involved, and we're grateful to Ronald McDonald House Charities for letting us be a part of something important.

We're incredibly proud to see our Data & Analytics Manager, Vahid, recognised as a speaker at Snowflake World Tour Sydney and the Energy & Utilities Community of Practice panel.
Over several days, Vahid shared insights on AI adoption, governance, OT convergence and LLMOps alongside industry leaders, bringing real-world experience and practical lessons from the field into conversations shaping the future of data and technology.
What made this achievement particularly meaningful was Vahid's recognition that great outcomes are never achieved alone.
As Vahid reflected, the stories shared on stage were built on the work, collaboration and expertise of the entire Topdrill team.
One takeaway from the event stood out:
"I stopped budgeting for AI as a technology cost and started budgeting for it as a trust cost. Evaluation and guardrails first, features second."

Each year, our team transforms the Topdrill Maintenance Facility from a fully functioning workshop into an event space capable of hosting hundreds of guests, before returning it back to operations just a day later.
From logistics and traffic management to staging, lighting, furniture, catering and countless finishing touches, it takes an enormous effort behind the scenes.
Most importantly, it takes an incredible team.

One week. Countless conversations. Endless opportunities.
Diggers & Dealers week is always one of the biggest weeks on the Goldfields calendar, and this year was no exception.
From the exhibition floor at Diggers & Dealers, to the WIMWA - Women in Mining and Resources Western Australia Networking Dinner, , the WA School of Mines Alumni sundowner, and of course our own Resources Industry Charity Sundowner, it was fantastic to see the resources industry come together to connect, collaborate and celebrate.
Our team was proud to be part of the many conversations taking place throughout the week, catching up with clients, suppliers, industry peers and friends from across the sector.
We even had the Topgroup Rickshaws on the move, helping transport guests between events and adding a little extra fun to an already busy week.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat, shared a coffee, attended an event, or helped make the week such a success. The strength of our industry lies in its people, and there was no better reminder of that than the connections made throughout the week.
We're already looking forward to doing it all again next year.
