Retreats are where I feel most at home.
After facilitating 400+ retreats, I know that the most impactful experiences are not just about a beautiful location or a full itinerary. Theyโre about creating a space where people can slow down, feel supported, connect deeply, and leave with something that stays with them.
There are a few ways we can work together in the retreat space:
โฆ Come on retreat with meI host intentional retreats designed to help you step away from the everyday and reconnect with yourself. Visit my website to explore upcoming experiences.
โฆ Create your own retreat with my supportIf you have a retreat vision, I offer consultation to help you bring it to lifeโfrom clarifying your intention and ideal guest, to shaping the flow, experiences, and overall guest journey.
โฆ Have me by your side to co-facilitateHolding a retreat can be incredibly rewarding, but you donโt have to hold every moving piece alone. I can join you in person to support your guests, co-facilitate sessions, and help create an intentional, beautifully held experience.
โฆ Integrate and refine after the retreatI also offer post-retreat support to debrief, review guest feedback, support integration, and refine your next experience.
If you feel a gentle yes around joining a retreat, or creating one of your own, Iโd love to chat.
Feel free to follow the link in my bio, or reach out and we can see what support might feel most aligned.

A little reintroduction feels overdue...
Iโve been quietly taking some time behind the scenes; not to disappear, but to practise what I preach.
Iโve been slowing down, listening more deeply, clearing old patterns, working with my nervous system, and making space to come back home to myself. Iโve been getting honest about what feels aligned, what Iโm here to offer, and the kind of business I want to build from this next chapter.
If Iโm honest, slowing down does not come naturally to me. I have a million ideas and a tendency to dive in head first. But this time, I wanted to be intentional. I wanted to let things settle, to trust the timing, and to create from a place that feels true and not rushed.
And now, it feels like itโs time.
There have been so many beautiful things blooming quietly in the background, and Iโm so excited to begin sharing them with you.
Thank you for being here. Iโm really happy to be back.

We werenโt actually going to share thisโฆ
This retreat has been held quietly. So far, itโs been shared only by invitation, with those we felt it was meant for.
But we keep coming back to the same feelingโฆ There are still people who need this.
Sharon from Mental Health Mojo and I have teamed up to create something that has been years in the making.
A chance to step away from the noise.
To reconnect with yourself.
To be held, nourished and supported in a genuinely beautiful and transformational space.
THE RECONNECT RETREAT
Weโll be spending two nights in the Byron Bay Hinterland together, weaving in yoga, breathwork, sound healing, mental health workshops, nourishing meals, time in nature, the sauna, ice bath and magnesium pool. And plenty of space to simply be.
29โ31 July.
Just two spaces remain.
If youโve been craving a reset, or this post has found you at the right time, send me a DM. Weโd love to have you with us.

Yesterday was my last yoga class of the year, and not only did my last class of the year get to be on the first .shakas Byron Bay Surf Retreat at the beautiful , but it also left my heart totally full.
Grateful for all the people Iโve had the privilege of sharing this practice with this year, across so many different spaces. From all the different retreat guests who came from far and wide and meet me on the mat ready to explore themselves and this practice, to my private clients who opened themselves up to be held and supported. And to my regular students who showed up week after week and journeyed through this whole year with me - each class with every student has meant a lot to me.
After ten years of teaching, there isnโt a day that goes by where Iโm not grateful that this is what I get to do. Sharing this practice still feels so special, and Iโm constantly reminded of how much it can support and change lives, often in the most simple but powerful ways.
From my heart to yours, thank you for being part of this year with me. I canโt wait to be back on the mat together in 2026 ๐ค
