Dear members,

As ISEE WASM Student chapter we are planning to order "Open Pit Blast Design" book from JKMRC. If you would like to work on blasting in the future this is one of those books that you would want to have on your desk!

This book presents a practical approach to the design and assessment of blasts, and demonstrates how blasting operations can be engineered not only to solve classic blasting problems, but also optimise blasting performance to meet the needs of excavation and downstream handling and beneficiation processes.

We are given with a special price for this book. Also, since we will be ordering in bulk, the shipping cost from Queensland will be less compared to that of ordering only one book.

Please let us know if you are interested in having one!

For more information please visit :

http://www.jkmrc.uq.edu.au/jkmrc-open-pit-blast-design

p.s. we have this book in the library. If you would like to see what is inside, please check the book in the library.
