The Three Little Pigs

Through August our Toddlers have been enjoying our focus book, The Three Little Pigs.

During mat time, the children explored the story using stick puppets and a wolf puppet.
We extended their learning by working together to paint and design the three houses made of straw, sticks and bricks.

The children have loved creating and playing in their straw, stick and brick houses acting out the story together through their play.

For the week of the 20th-24th July we held a pajama week at the Centre to support in raising funds and awareness for the Pyjama Foundation and the work they do to improve educational and life outcomes for children in foster care and out-of-home care children.

As a Centre we raised $60.

Thank you to all of our families, children and Educators for getting involved and supporting this cause we appreciate you all. 🫶

During NAIDOC week celebration, the Nursery room explored different traditional First Nations visual art forms and extended on this by engaging in dot/finger painting.

The Nursery children also had fun created musical instruments using recycled materials.

Our Nursery Room here at Goodstart Joondalup now has vacancies!

The Nursery Room is designed for 12 children per day - aged 6 weeks old to 2 years old.
Our passionate and dedicated Nursery room Educators are all Diploma Qualified or Certificate 3 Qualified and are all fully First Aid trained. We pride ourselves in creating Safe and Stimulating learning environments and Curriculums, to help your children flourish.
