As part of our Design Technology unit, the Year 3-6 class visited Darling Downs Zoo! Students collected information about animal enclosures, the materials used in enclosures, how the enclosures meet the animals needs and the sustainability & durability of the materials used. We had such a fun day! The lions, giraffes & capybaras were definitely class favourites!
