🧁💙 Our Crazy Cookers Cooked Up a Storm! 💙🧁

Earlier this week, one of our Year 6 leadership teams, the Crazy Cookers, rolled up their sleeves and joined Mrs T in the kitchen to bake a delicious batch of cupcakes. Yesterday, they put their entrepreneurial skills to work, selling their sweet treats to students across the school.

Thanks to the incredible support of our school community, the Crazy Cookers raised an amazing $346.10 for Australian Lutheran World Service (ALWS)! 🎉

We are so proud of the way our students use their talents to make a positive difference.

Thank you to everyone who purchased a cupcake and helped support this worthy cause. Every cupcake made a difference! 🧁✨

🔦SPOTLIGHT - YEAR 2🔦
Year 2 had a wonderful time showcasing their gardens from their Term 2 PBL unit to their Kindergarten peers. Each group helped set up a variety of engaging stations, including laptop displays that demonstrated the life cycle of a plant, from a tiny seed to a fully grown plant. The students also enjoyed watering their plants alongside the Kindergarten children and participated in colouring activities together. To conclude the experience, the Kindergarten students planted cress seeds in biodegradable coconut fibre pots, which they were able to take home as a special gift and reminder of their visit.
