WHO FOUNDED BILLY BUTTON BABYSITTING AGENCY ?

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF ...I am, Lindy Afonso

Working in the childcare industry has been a lifelong commitment to me. To me Every Child is a different kind of Flower & together they make this world a Beautiful Garden.

I am a qualified British Maternity Nurse Practitioner and International Governess. I have a Post Graduate Business Degree and also hold a Cambridge University TEFL Teacher Qualification.

My story starts in London, UK .....
My career has stretched over International settings and I’ve worked in United Kingdom - New Zealand - Thailand - USA - Hong Kong & Australia

After more than 25 years working for High Profile clients it was a natural transition to start my own Agency.

In 2021 I Founded Billy Button Babysitting Agency in the beautiful town of Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains, New South Wales.

My vision is to provide year round professional industry qualified carers to Thredbo, Jindabyne & surrounding areas. Our team has now also expanded to Falls Creek, Mount Beauty, Bright, Albury & Wodonga region.

My Team will provide only the highest standard of care, with a sunny and happy approach. I am passionate about helping my team grow in their career and offer them the resources to stay in an industry that gives so much back.

We have grown to be the GO TO ALPINE AGENCY OF CHOICE in Australia and it fills my heart with such joy, to know that I maintain a personal connection with every family that books with us.
