There are numerous ways to defend against a headlock, and it often depends on the shift of both your body and your opponent’s weight distribution. Sometimes, I can post my hand down to stabilize myself and prevent going to the ground. In this example, I demonstrate how to wrap them up, pull back, and take it to the ground.
