A question was asked on Dojo asking if the P&C was holding our stall for Father's Day for 2026. I thought it would be a good idea to post the response on our P&C FB.

I’m sorry to say that this year there will be no stall. Some of our key stall organisers are away in the lead-up to the event. As I’m sure you understand, the stall takes a lot of planning, organising and preparation.
For this reason, the P&C decided that this year we would hold a raffle instead. We hope everyone can still get behind the raffle and support the school. 💚💛

Jimboomba Country Markets – Feedback Survey

The Jimboomba Country Markets have been an important part of our community for many years, bringing together local businesses, families and community groups. The markets also play an important role in supporting our school, generating funds that the P&C can put towards initiatives, resources and opportunities that directly benefit our students.

Unfortunately, the markets are becoming increasingly difficult to sustain due to a significant shortage of volunteers. Without additional support, the current model is unlikely to remain viable.

The P&C is committed to ensuring the markets continue in a way that is sustainable for the future. As part of this process, we are considering reducing the size of the markets while we review their long-term structure. One option being explored is tendering the operation of the markets to an external company.

Before any decisions are made, we want to hear from our community. Your feedback is essential in helping us understand what the markets mean to you and what you would like to see in the future.
