Afterschool Programs are back on this Tuesday, 13th October.
Forrest starts next Monday in week 2, 19th October.
Curtin students don't forget your day has shifted to Fridays.

Please check your emails and texts if you haven’t re-enrolled yet. Thank you to those that have already completed it.

The next grading is on Sunday the 8th of November so get to class, get practicing and keep working towards that next belt! We will be sending an email soon with the details.

Friday the 9th of October is your opportunity to demonstrate whether or not you are ready for the upcoming grading on Sunday the 15th of November.

We will be watching to see who of our senior ranks is prepared to take the next step in their Tae Kwon-Do journey.

Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend!

Our evening and Saturday classes resume tomorrow, Tuesday, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟲, and will continue running throughout the school holidays.

That means you can keep training, stay active and sharpen your Tae Kwon-Do skills while school is on break!

After-school students:
Our regular after-school programs are taking a break during the holidays and will resume from Monday, October 12. Check your emails for term 4 enrolment..

Although school holidays are here, our evening and Saturday classes continue except over the public holiday long weekend. For after-school students, if you wish to keep up the action over the break, check your emails for details on how to attend our evening and Saturday sessions.

Some recent shots from our classes. Great to see everyone picking up new patterns, new techniques, new sparring and new combinations. Keep up the hard work.

A reminder that our next and final red belt black belt training session is Friday October 9th, 6pm in Mitchell. This is the last chance for senior students to show they're ready for our final grading of the year on Sunday November 8th.

If you didn't grade last time, or weren't ready to, this is your chance. It doesn't matter what belt you're wearing. Stay focused on your goals. Find the reasons to get to training, not the reasons why you can't. The difference between you and the black belts and instructors are, they found the reasons. They stayed committed. They put in the work.

Keep training hard. Myself and the instructors look forward to seeing you soon.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴!

Congratulations to all students who attended yesterday. Grading day isn't luck. It's months of consistency, hard work and pushing through when it would've been easier not to. Getting up in front of your peers, Instructors and spectators is challenging. Well done.

Instructors will be handing out results in class this week, so make sure you're there.

To the parents, carers and guardians, thank you. The washed uniforms, the drop-offs, the encouragement in the car on the way home, none of that goes unnoticed. It's a partnership between you and us, and it's what turns a class into stronger, more confident, more resilient kids.

Didn't grade this time, or didn't quite get the result you wanted? November is our last grading for 2026. That's your target now. Set the goal, put in the work, and come back better.

Congratulations again to everyone who graded yesterday. The Instructors and I look forward to seeing you this week.

𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪 — 𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭𝟲 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧

Our third grading of 2026 is on. A few reminders before tomorrow:

Wear your 𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 and your 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝘁. If you wish, wear a white ActionTKD t-shirt underneath your jacket. Check you have your full uniform and belt on before you leave home. Missing part of uniform, including your belt, means you won't be able to grade.

Arrive 𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆. We start on time and if you're late, your rank may have already graded, which means you will need to wait until the next grading in three months time.

GRADING THIS SUNDAY AUGUST 16TH

Our next action packed grading is this coming Sunday, August 16th.

A big thank you to everyone who have already registered.
If your Instructor has told you (or your child) you’re ready, this week is your 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 in person at class via the QR form + payment.

📌 After schoolers: please check in person to register.
🚫 This post is not applicable to Tigers students.

For some, this will be your very first grading. Exciting! While gradings aren’t compulsory, if you’re ready we strongly encourage you to step up and earn that next belt.

Gradings are also a fantastic chance for friends & family to come watch the ACTION and celebrate the hard work our students have been putting in. Feel free to invite them along.
