🧪🌈 SCIENCE WEEK – EXPLORING THE MAGIC OF COLOUR! 🌈🧪

This week at Expeditions Raceview our little scientists have been busy experimenting with lots of different experiments!

Through hands-on experiments, the children watched as colours travelled, mixed and changed right before their eyes! We watched magic writing with lemon juice, we made lava lamps with oil and water and heaps more! These experiences are a wonderful way for children to explore early scientific concepts while developing their curiosity, observation skills, prediction and problem-solving.

A big thank you to all or our Educators for making Science Week colourful, exciting and full of discovery! 🥼🧪🌈

Ipswich City Council’s SEAL Pool Safety Program Team is happy to share that our Water Safety programs are taking place again with our Kids Water Safety and Learn to Swim Program commencing September 2026 at BUNDAMBA SWIM AND GYM CENTRE, 256 Brisbane Road, Bundamba on Wednesday 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 September, 7 October 2026.

Bookings are NOW open! This program is extremely popular, and spots will book out quickly.

If your child is born 1 July 2021 and 30 June 2022.

Alongside your completed enrolment pack, please provide:
✅ Your child’s birth certificate
✅ 2 x proof of address documents, such as:
• Rental agreement or sale contract/letter
• Electricity bill
• Water bill
• Rates notice
