It is with great sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the sudden passing of a much-loved mother in our day care family - Casey, mum of Colton in our babies room.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Caleb, Colton and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
She was a valued part of our day care family and her passing has left many of us heartbroken.
As a community, we would like to come together to support her family in any way we can.

🌿 A little early childhood rockstar moment! 🌿

Yesterday, Bec and Mrs Mac headed to Brisbane to learn about the Floorbook Approach with the amazing Claire Warden — an absolute rockstar of the early childhood education world! 🤩

They’ve returned inspired and excited to explore new ways to bring children’s voices, ideas and questions into the heart of our learning.

This is also an opportunity to deepen our team’s professional inquiry — asking thoughtful questions, reflecting together and exploring how we can strengthen our practice. These shared learning conversations support our commitment to Quality Areas 4 and 7, through professional collaboration, ongoing development and a culture of continuous improvement.

Because when our educators keep learning, the possibilities for our children keep growing. 💚

We can’t wait to see where this takes us — and to bring our children and families along on the journey!

🌈🖍️ BOOK WEEK – THE DAY THE CRAYONS QUIT! 🖍️🌈

Things got a little colourful at our centre today… because apparently even our crayons have had ENOUGH! 😂

❤️ Red is tired of doing ALL the colouring.
💛 Yellow and Orange are still arguing over who gets to be the sun. ☀️
💚 Green is over being used for grass. 🌱
💙 Blue has officially called in sick from colouring oceans and skies. 🌊
💜🩷 Purple & Pink are feeling a little… drawn out. 😂

Today our amazing staff brought The Day the Crayons Quit to life with their hilarious costumes and a whole lot of colour! 🖍️📚

A BIG shout-out to our educators for getting into the Book Week spirit and proving that crayons aren't the only ones who can have a meltdown! 🤣🌈
Lucky Boss Bec didn't allow any of her crayons to quit today 🤣

A huge congratulations to the Pre-prep team for the amazing effort they put into their book fair display! It was close in the results, but in the end the strong display of children’s voices brought home the win! Great job team 🌟

DID YOU KNOW?..... This week is Science week?!?!? Each of the rooms are busy exploring all different elements of science and we are so excited to be welcoming Professor Kate from Paint and Twist on Friday who will be conducting STEM workshops with our Junior Kindy and Pre-Prep groups!

Our Book Fair Blizzard has well and truly swept through the centre, and our rooms have been busy creating some AMAZING Arctic-inspired door displays! 🐧🐻‍❄️⛄

Now we need YOU to help us choose a winner! 🏆

Every room has put so much creativity, teamwork and effort into their display, so make sure you check them all out before casting your vote!
