Today we honour the life and legacy of General Choi Hong Hi, the Founder of Taekwon-Do,

Whose vision transformed a Korean martial art into a worldwide movement practiced by millions across more than 100 countries.

Through his dedication, leadership, and commitment to the principles of Taekwon-Do, he established a lasting legacy founded upon Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit.

His contribution to the growth and development of Taekwon-Do in Australia helped shape generations of instructors and students, creating a strong and enduring community that continues to uphold his teachings today.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit lives on in every dojang, every practitioner, and every lesson passed from one generation to the next.
