Here I use different colour lights to clothe the vibrating water waves.

Alive? - vibrating ripples on water surface. Just water, light and Sound.

Just Water, Light and Sound vibration ✨

Form is frozen vibration. Nothing solid is actually static. Every apparently fixed thing, the pattern, the object, the self, is a standing wave, a shape held in motion, that exists only as long as the energy keeps moving through it. Stop the tone, and the form collapses.
You are a process holding its shape.

Cymatics is the art and science of wave phenomena made visible.

The pattern is not the vibration, but a map of stillness.

The metal flexes in invisible waves, and the sand, refusing the motion, gathers along the lines of stillness.

Silence made visible.

A fingerprint. Usually held only as long as the note is held.

My hands never touching the pattern, only setting the conditions.

The stillness revealing a hidden geometry the plate has carried all along.
