Long weekend reminder 🚨

Asylum MMA will be closed on Monday 5 October for the King’s Birthday public holiday. No kids, teens or adult classes will run that day.

Couldn’t be prouder of Jay tonight 👊

At 43 years old, Jay stepped into the cage for the first time after completing a 20-week challenge. When his original opponent fell through, he put his hand up to take this fight on just a couple of weeks’ notice at Inception Fight Series

Jay was putting together a great first round and showing some serious skill before unfortunately getting caught with a big shot and the referee stepping in.

The result doesn’t tell the whole story. It takes a different kind of courage to do what Jay did tonight.

Proud of you mate. True resolve, heart and courage. 🥊🔥
