🐶✏️ Hands-on Learning, Big Laughs!

We’ve turned a classic excuse into a creative writing adventure!
“The Dog Ate My Homework” isn’t just a game — it’s a springboard for rhyming fun and imaginative storytelling.

Our learners love diving into silly scenarios, building vocabulary, and crafting their own tales — all while giggling at this cheeky pup!

Thank You, Ipswich!

We’re deeply honoured to be recognised for doing what we love — walking alongside our learners and their families every step of the way.

🛡️ Every Child Deserves to Feel Safe 🛡️

To grow and thrive, children and young people need safe, secure environments and trusted adults who protect them from harm.

Services working with children have a responsibility to:
✅ Minimise environmental risks
✅ Employ trained and supervised staff
✅ Create spaces where children feel safe to speak up

📘 Keep Me Safe – A practical booklet created by ACU’s Institute of Child Protection Studies
Inside you'll find:
🔹 How to talk about tough topics with kids and parents
🔹 What to do when a child discloses harm or fear
🔹 Steps to create a kid-safe service
🔹 Tools and activities to teach safety
🔹 A scenario for reflection and links to further resources

📥 Access the booklet here:

Everyone learns differently, and that's okay! Dyslexia and dysgraphia are just two ways our brains can work uniquely.

📚✨ Blending into Sentence Power!

Today, Mr B helped Garry take a big leap—reading and writing complete sentences with beginning blends! 🎉 From “SW” to “SC” and everything in between, Garry was all smiles as he built words and turned them into meaningful messages.
