Hi everyone, here are this week's style prompts! 💛
They're designed to bring a little joy, inspiration and connection to our days - something positive we can all share wherever we are.
This week's prompts are:
🌼 Monday: Flower Power
🌈 Tuesday: Colourful
🩷 Wednesday: Pretty in Pink
🛍️ Thursday: Small Business Shoutout
💛 Friday: Yellow – Strive to Be Kind Day
This Friday holds special meaning. Many of you have supported this in the past and I am so grateful. On this day, we honour the memory of Allison Baden-Clay. Her sister, Vanessa and family established The Allison Baden-Clay Foundation which is dedicated to raising awareness and educating others about domestic and family abuse, including coercive control, how to recognise the signs and how to respond safely.
If you're able, please take a moment to read Allison's story and consider donating to the Foundation. Every contribution, big or small, helps make a difference.
On Friday, we invite you to wear yellow in Allison's memory - celebrating her life, her strength and everything she stood for. Let's also take the opportunity to spread kindness in small, meaningful ways, whether it's a smile, a kind word or a gesture that brightens someone's day.
🌻 Post your yellow outfit on Friday
🌻 Tag Miss Resourcefulness and The Allison Baden-Clay Foundation to help spread awareness.
🌻 Let's fill our feeds and our communities with colour, kindness and hope.
If you haven’t joined our private Dress Like A Teacher group search for us on Facebook. Together we really can make a difference. 💛

Not every day has to be extraordinary to matter.
Sometimes the magic is found in the ordinary moments... a smile at the door, a child sharing a story, a lesson that finally clicks or simply showing up with a kind heart.
However you’re feeling - remember that the little things you do each day have the power to make someone else’s day a little brighter, including your own.
Keep showing up.
Keep believing in people.
Keep planting seeds you may never see grow.
The impact you make is often far greater than you’ll ever know.
I hope you had a great day! ❤️
Top and pants:
Shoes: My daughter’s sneakers - how good is it having the same size foot! 😂👏🏽

As educators, coaches and mentors, we often wonder if we’re making any difference.
The truth is... we rarely get to see the full impact of the small moments.
A kind word.
A smile.
A conversation after a tough day.
Believing in someone before they believe in themselves.
If you’ve never watched Drew Dudley’s Lollipop Moment TED Talk, I highly recommend it. Today I watched the clip again and it was a beautiful reminder that some of the biggest moments in another person’s life are the ones we don’t even realise we’re creating.
🎥 Watch it here:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_TD_Isr-JAw&ra=m
One part of the talk has always stayed with me: we spend so much time celebrating “changing the world” that we forget how powerful it is to change one person’s world.
For me, one of my own “lollipop moments” was the impact my Year 7 teacher had on my life. She believed in me, encouraged me and created a classroom where I felt seen and capable. Years later, I had the privilege of teaching alongside her in that very same year level. It was a full-circle moment that I’ll always treasure. Seeing firsthand that she was exactly the same teacher I remembered - kind, passionate and knowledgeable, only deepened my appreciation for the impact she had on me. Without even knowing it, she inspired me to become the teacher I am today..
So today, I have a question for you...
✨ Who is someone who made a meaningful difference in your life?
Tag them below. What is your story and more importantly have you told them? They may have no idea the impact they had and that’s worth sharing.
Because you never know the difference you make in someone’s life… and I think that’s really important to remember. 🩷
