For those who may not be aware, the PCYC will be leaving its current location in Newstead, moving to the Sports Hub in Mowbray.

The PCYC's current location in Newstead will close on Friday, March 27, and it's expected to reopen at the new location on Saturday, March 28. However, the club hasn't confirmed whether classes will continue at the new venue until they've assessed the safety and privacy measures in place ³.
Thank you for your understanding at this time and please feel free to ask any questions or raise any concerns.
As of now, our classes will continue to run as scheduled, up until the final week before the PCYC makes its transition.

Until we have had the opportunity to look at the new training space, which will likely not be until sometime next month, the club is not making a commitment to continue running classes at the new PCYC Sports Hub

The Christmas break is over.

Time to start that New Year training at the PCYC Abbott St Newstead
We run Aikido classes 6 pm - 7.30 pm Monday and Thursday evenings.
Age's 12 - to well past retirement

Aikido is a gentle discipline designed not for violence but more self protection.

I'll be happy to see everyone again for another interesting year.

Just a reminder that Aikido PCYC North will not be training on
Thursday the 15th of January
Monday the 19th of January
Thursday the 22nd of January
Monday the 26th of January
Thursday the 29th of January

We will be back training on Monday February the 2nd continuously

Merry Christmas and a great New Years for 2026
We are staying open for most of the break this year our training days will be as follows.

So we are on the mat Monday 22nd, Monday 29th Dec
Monda 5th, Thursday the 8th, Monday 12, Jan
2 week break.
Back to normal Monday 2nd Feb
