Today, we're excited to launch our FightMND Fundraiser.
FightMND is an organisation dedicated to finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neuron Disease (MND). MND is a devastating illness that affects the nerves that control movement, making it increasingly difficult for people to walk, talk, eat and breathe. Currently, there is no cure, which is why raising awareness and funding research is so important.

To help kick off our fundraiser, members of our Student Executive took part in an ice bucket challenge. They were willing to go under the ice to show their support and encourage everyone to get involved.

But that's not all...
We've decided to raise the stakes! For every $100 raised, another teacher will be added to the ice bucket challenge. That's right, the more money our school raises, the more teachers we'll see getting drenched in icy water!
So if you've ever wanted to see your teachers brave the cold, now is your chance. More importantly, every dollar raised will help support vital research and provide hope for people and families affected by MND.
Let's come together as a school community, dig deep, and make a real difference.
Thank you for your support, and let's see how many teachers we can get under the ice!
