What a fantastic Tuesday at the NSW Touch Gala Day! 🏉✨

We had a massive 16 Primary teams head to the complex for an day of fun, skill-building, and teamwork. From first-timers learning the ropes to our experienced players showing off their moves, everyone gave it a go.

Days like this are all about participation, and having a blast with friends. No pressure, just fun!

Congratulations to our Holy Trinity U16s Rugby League team on an incredible performance in yesterday's Small Schools State Final in Bathurst! After a hard-fought match, the boys were defeated 22-32 by a strong Junee High School side.

The boys gave it everything on the field and were valiant in defeat. Off the field, the team had a fantastic time sightseeing and even took a lap around Mount Panorama! 🏎️

A massive thank you to Mr Jeffery for his coaching, Mr Koch for looking after the team and to Mrs Hancock, Mrs Sterling, and Mrs Sinclair for their support!

What a fantastic day for Holy Trinity School at the Inverell Todd Woodbridge Cup Competition on Friday! 🎾

The children put in maximum effort, showing sportsmanship and teamwork on and off the court. Congratulations to our Stage 2 team for finishing as the overall Stage Winners. Our Stage 3 team also delivered an incredible performance to take home Runners-Up, narrowly missing out on first place by just a single point in a countback. 🏆👏

Last term, Year 5 combined Science, English and Creative Arts to design their own adapted animal species, write informative reports and create habitat dioramas in a Built to Survive unit. To bring their creatures to life, students spent the day in the secondary Art Room with Mrs Butler, creating clay sculptures of their unique species.

Each project also features a QR code, making students’ informative reports easily accessible alongside their creations. A fantastic celebration of creativity, scientific thinking and learning across the curriculum!

Last Thursday, we had an incredible 12 Primary teams represent our school at the Netball NSW Schools Cup Carnival! Every player showed amazing team spirit across the day. Thank you to all the players, coaches, umpires and supporters who made the day such a success!

Congratulations to our Year 5-6 Competitive team who finished top of the ladder in their division with just one loss! They've now qualified for the North West Regional Finals in Tamworth next month! 🏆
