Vacation Care are off on excursion to the Inverell Boys Club for Gymnastics.

Please ensure your child brings a drink bottle and lunch box full of nutritious food and snacks to get them through their long and busy day.

🎬 Vacation Care Excursion Day!

Today we are heading off on an exciting excursion to the Inverell Cinema to watch Minions & Monsters!

Children will enjoy popcorn and a drink while watching the movie.

Please ensure your child/ren arrive at Vacation Care by 9:30am at the latest so we can get ready to leave in a calm and organised way.

We’re looking forward to a fun day out together!

EXCURSION DAY AT INSPORTS ARENA! ⚽🏏🏐

Today we are off to the Insports Arena for an action-packed day of indoor sports!

Children will take part in a variety of fun activities including:
⚽ Indoor soccer
🏏 Indoor cricket
🏐 Dodgeball
…and lots more team games and movement-based fun!

Don’t forget:
👟 Comfortable active wear
💧 Water bottle
😄 Lots of food & snacks to get them through their long & busy day

🌞 Vacation Care Reminder for Families 🌞

Just a friendly reminder that all children must bring a hat and a water bottle every day to Vacation Care.

We have had quite a few children arriving without these essential items. With our busy days filled with outdoor play and activities, it is important that every child has a hat and water bottle to help keep them sun safe, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the day.

🏃 Sports Arena Excursion – Tomorrow
If your child is attending tomorrow's InSports excursion, please ensure they wear:
✅ comfortable clothing
✅ Enclosed sports shoes and socks

❌ Crocs are not appropriate footwear for this excursion

🧪🔬 Mad Scientist Day is Coming to Vacation Care! 🔬🧪

Get ready for a day of exciting experiments, curious discoveries and plenty of hands-on science fun! Our young scientists will be mixing, creating, testing and exploring throughout the day.

While we'll be doing our best to keep everything under control... science can sometimes get a little messy!

👕 Please pack a spare set of clothes for your child, just in case our experiments get a little out of hand.

We kindly ask that all families log into the OWNA App and review and sign the permission notes for our upcoming excursions and incursions.

These permission forms are required to ensure your child can participate in all of the exciting activities we have planned during the holidays.

If you would prefer not to sign digitally, paper copies will be available for you to complete and sign on arrival at Vacation Care.
