My name is Michael Murphy and I have been teaching Learn to Swim for more than 20 years in Inverell. I teach from own private pool at home, and have done so for more than 10 years. I have a love for teaching and watching children progress quickly. My teaching style is quite progressive, but I feel I am very patient, and adaptable to swimmer behaviour. I am teacher of "Swimming and Water Safety", "

Infant and Preschool Aquatics", "People with a Disability" and "Towards Competitive Stokes". I also hold a Level 1 Athletics Coach, and I have completed the Paid Working with Children Check.

However, there's good news: Addison (my daughter) has received her Austswim qualification and is currently launching her own swim school, for learn to swim lessons. As she is starting Year 12 this term, so she is only teaching two days a week. If you are interested in lessons, she has some spots available.
