Think of a memory from your childhood. Ensure it is a crisp, clear one, so clear that you are in fact there - the smells, the feelings, what you can hear,see, taste... live that moment as you did back then...
and now understand that the person you are, right now was never, there.
Not even back then.
No cell, no atom of your body that makes up you now was ever there...
Really think about that for minute and imagine how that can impact the way you see life in general.
You are not your past.
Who knows what you will be in the future.

Our indignation over the behaviour of other is usually about an unresolved aspect of ourselves. If we listen to everything that comes out of our mouths when we talk to others, judge others, or give advice, we should just turn it around and give it to ourselves....
