Ashleigh's Family Day Care Ashleigh's FDC was established in 2011. It is a privilege to work with children in a home environment while being able to witness them blossom and thrive.

My overall aim is for children to have a strong sense of identity and a strong sense of wellbeing. Children should feel connected with and contribute to their world. Children should feel confident and be involved learners as well as effective communicators. I offer various activities for the children throughout the day including pretend play, role play, dress ups, painting, play dough, games, cook

ing, drawing, writing, reading, sports, music, science, craft and loads more. The majority of my curriculum is focused around the children’s interests. I am affiliated with the Natural Choice Family Day Care Scheme and I am commited to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time My Place Framework and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

It's never easy when my babies spread their wings and go off to kindy and school.
Thank you to all of our families for trusting me with your children. We open our homes and hearts to these beautiful children and families.
Astin and I are so grateful that we have been able to raise our children along side yours throughout the years.
Thankfully I will still get to see most of my beautiful kids next year through school and playgroup.

A special thank you to Haidee today who brought all of the children baby chinos and cake for Delta's last day today! 💖

💕💕 APPRECIATION POST 💕💕

A very special thank you to my amazing scheme Natural Choice Early Learning - FDC for supporting me throughout my family day care journey. They have always supported me and encouraged us to be the best we can be.

I got a wonderful suprise yesterday when Emma and Mandy turned up with presents for all of the children in my care as well as a magnificent bunch of flowers and gifts!

It’s with a very heavy heart that I announce the closure of Ashleigh’s Family Day Care.

This year marks 10 years since I opened my home and my heart to children and families of our community.
Our small groups over the years have made for a very close knit family environment; this is something that I always strived to offer. Our personal relationships that were built are something very special and I feel truly blessed to be part of your families.

Thank you to my beautiful families over the years trusting me with your precious children. I will miss them dearly so please stop and say Hi if you see me around!

Luckily I will still get to see many of my day care children at Good Counsel Primary School as I start my new role as a School Learning Officer.
