Our student leaders visited our local member, Hon Stuart Aubrey, at Parliament House. They enjoyed lunch in the dining room, a tour of Parliament House, and listened to some robust talk during Question Time. Our students were a credit to YPS. Thank you to Mr Aubrey for the opportunity.

Friday 28 November - Osborne Park Show.

Our senior choir is performing at the Osborne Park Show on the main stage at 6:35pm. We would love to see members of our community cheering the Senior Choir on and enjoying the wonderful rides and festivities afterwards.
Our final song is 'You're the voice' by John Farnham and will feature live bagpipes by one of our amazing parents, Jock Roarty.

Today the Pre-Primary and Year One students enjoyed a Constable Care show. The theme was ‘A Wheely Safe Adventure’ and was all about bike, scooter, and road safety 🚲

Congratulations to our Numero teams! And to our fantastic coach Miss Keating.

Our seven Year 6 students had an amazing six days in Canberra, representing our school with pride alongside 20 students from Deanmore PS. Throughout the trip, they received wonderful feedback for their enthusiasm, teamwork, and positive behaviour.
Some unforgettable highlights included meeting the Governor-General, Her Excellency Sam Mostyn, at Government House, chatting with Hon. Kate Chaney MP at Parliament House, seeing the Australian Constitution up close at the National Archives, and paying their respects at the Australian War Memorial. It was a truly memorable experience full of learning, laughter, and new friendships!
