Prefabrication is a great way to get your house built much quicker especially with build times in WA going backwards!!! Whilst prefabricated houses are not new, they were used in the UK after WWII and are now common in Scandinavia. If you want to know more just call me please. Also ... a prefabricated Early Learning Centre is not out of the question either. I tend to use steel frames anyway for my centres so having the units built in a factory would just save having it done on site. Same goes for medical centres by the way. 😎

This is what can happen if you as an operator or developer don't get things right before you go to licencing:

There are books on the shelves and new toys ready to be played with but a Christchurch preschool cannot open due to nearby traffic noise.

The Amberton Early Learning Centre CSA worked on was opened recently and looks magnificent. CSA planned and documented the interior, i2c designed and detailed the external enclosure, the builder was Dale Alcock Projects and the project was developed by Stockland. A great outcome for all concerned. 😎

The latest early learning centre CSA have designed is being built in Alkimos. It will be operated by Think under their Nido brand and as such has all the features they have in their centres. Very spacious rooms, a specific art/multi-purpose room, a piazza with adjacent undercover alfresco dining area and wonderful outdoor play spaces. Designed with a beachside feel this centre will be a fantastic facility for the community and the children who are fortunate to attend.

Yesterday I went to visit a building which houses a new client, the building is adjacent one of the early learning centres CSA designed for Buggles. Buggles is now part of G8 Education and I am pleased to see that they have not changed the façade of the centre. It still looks fresh although it was built 9 years ago.

The latest early learning centre by CSA is nearing completion. Great work by Bella Build and Design on this centre for Nido with another wonderful adventure outdoor play area by Nature Play Solutions. Congratulations and thanks to all concerned in the design, documentation and construction of this impressive centre. 😎

These are some views of the Busy Bees ELC we designed in Eighty Rd Baldivis. ELCDS have another centre in Baldivis under construction for Nido Early Schools with Bella Build and Design as the builder. The slab is down, frame up and roof on. Photos presently.
